Bradley received his Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1989 and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Bowling Green State University in 1985. Bradley entered into the practice of Elder Law as a result of his father&#8217;s end of life challenges. Bradley and his family were faced with numerous care-giving obstacles and subsequently Bradley recognized that older adults and their families needed support and advocacy. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Counselor and has earned a Certificate in Elder Care Coordination from\u00a0The Stockton Center on Successful Aging\u00a0at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.\u00a0She has a private practice and has treated children, adolescents and adults. Heather&#8217;s specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management and adjustment disorders. As a care coordinator, she has helped individuals and their families cope with permanent disability, terminal illness and end of life issues in order to help people live and die with dignity, while providing support to their loved ones. Heather&#8217;s passion is in strengthening and empowering clients to create and reach goals while enhancing their spiritual development. She has a B.A. from Kent State University in Individual and Family Studies, is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with Supervisory credentials (LICDC-CS), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and a Certified 2 Young 2 Retire facilitator. In 2002, she launched Eldercare Professionals of Ohio, LLC, a geriatric care management company supporting caregivers and professionals in the field of aging. The company operates three divisions; professional networking services, professional training services and care-giver coaching services. Since 1998, Kelsey has actively participated with the Northern Ohio Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association. She is currently the co-chair of their Work Life Committee and the chairperson of their Website Committee. Since 2000, Kelsey has actively supported the Cuyahoga County Conference on Aging as an active member of the conference planning committee. Since 2010 she has organized a silent auction to support Cornerstone of Hope, a non-profit dedicated to those who are grieving.
